Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or E-commerce industry
- College degree or higher education
- Native-level fluency in Turkish and advanced proficiency in English is required to assist users effectively
- Previous experience in cross-functional support is advantageous
- Strong integrity, proactive, meticulous, and a great team player
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a determination to exceed expectations
