Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the post-sales customer journey, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell processes.
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with stakeholders in assigned accounts, actively monitoring and reporting on key customer health metrics.
- Provide expert guidance to customers for successful implementation of Travel Rule Compliance programs.
- Contribute valuable insights for strategic decision-making by conveying trends, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and advocating for customer needs.
- Collaborate across internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience via feedback sharing and customer-centric advocacy.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS or complex technical markets with experience in managing a personal portfolio of clients through full customer lifecycle stages.
- Proven track record managing clients ranging from SMBs to Enterprise level.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to establishing and refining customer success processes.
- Possess high emotional intelligence, driven by learning and problem-solving.
- Background in Fintech, Reg-tech, Compliance, and/or an intrinsic interest in cryptocurrency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of various backgrounds and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoying autonomy in work responsibilities.
- Exhibit proactive behavior, willing to engage in hands-on tasks and exhibit exceptional listening skills.

- Proficiency in product knowledge and industry awareness demonstrated in daily interactions.

- Proficient in managing commercial discussions, risk identification, proactively mitigating challenges, and successfully growing the client portfolio.
