Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in e-commerce solutions seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager. The role involves driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic relationship management and value optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor for a diverse client portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships to drive mutual success and growth.
- Optimize Revenue & Manage Customer Lifecycle: Take charge of the post-sale journey, maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic upsell/cross-sell efforts, churn reduction, and data-driven ROI analysis.
- Drive Collaborative Business Growth: Work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to forecast opportunities, negotiate renewals, and conduct impactful business reviews to strengthen relationships and showcase value.
- Enhance Customer Advocacy & Experience: Represent the customer's voice by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and offering personalized recommendations to drive adoption and enhance service experiences.
- Ensure Operational Excellence & Lead Team: Lead and mentor a growing team of Customer Success professionals to deliver high-quality service, oversee daily customer operations, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in customer success management, ideally in e-commerce, showcasing expertise in leadership and relationship development.
- Proven track record of enhancing business growth through optimizing KPIs (renewal rates, upsells, NRR) along with strong commercial acumen and revenue contribution skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and a mix of creative thinking and analytical decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese (verbal, written, and comprehension).
