The Site Operations Customer Success Manager position offers an exhilarating opportunity for driven individuals to become part of Foundry's team, which is under the umbrella of Digital Currency Group, a prominent figure in the blockchain industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, the Site Operations Customer Success Manager will provide top-tier service and support to our site operation customers.

This role provides a unique chance to be part of a small, professional entrepreneurial team bolstered by the support of a leading player in the rapidly expanding crypto space. The position is based at Foundry HQ in Rochester, NY.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering prompt solutions
  • Address and resolve urgent inquiries and concerns from site operators efficiently to ensure streamlined communications and robust operations
  • Cultivate and foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer support, operational knowledge, and a thorough understanding of their businesses
  • Manage client records, relationships, and communications adeptly in Foundry’s CRM system
  • Establish and uphold day-to-day client communications and internal interactions with relevant teams regarding client issues
  • Collaborate with internal management and staff at all levels, as well as external clients, manufacturers, and vendors when necessary

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Experience or knowledge of Bitcoin mining or site operations related to Bitcoin mining
  • Hands-on experience in Bitcoin mining with a large-scale operation (over 100 machines)
  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong technology skills, including Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred but not required), with a quick ability to grasp new software
  • Proficient in managing multiple accounts and highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Capable of working independently on projects throughout all stages, meeting deadlines, and being accountable to clients

Salary:

The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $115,000.
