The Impact You Will Have
As a Customer Success Manager (EMEA), your role is essential in enabling brands and creators to collaborate effectively across the EMEA region. Your efforts will empower clients to expand, tackle creative challenges, and flourish in the evolving creator economy.
What You Will Do:
- Lead post-sales customer journey, overseeing onboarding, driving adoption, and securing renewals and upsells for SMB and Enterprise accounts.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, actively monitoring and reporting customer health metrics.
- Offer expertise and assistance to clients in implementing their Travel Rule Compliance programs.
- Act as the customer advocate, sharing actionable insights with internal teams on competitor trends, customer needs, and feedback to enhance product, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience by providing feedback and advocating for customer requirements.

- Contributed to increasing the net retention of our EMEA customers.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of our product and the industry as a whole.
- Gained the trust and reliance of customers to aid them in achieving their objectives.
- Improved the efficiency and scalability of the Customer Success team by offering insights to automate, simplify, and enhance daily workflows.
- Successfully managed commercial discussions, mitigated risks, and renewed and expanded your business portfolio.
Must Haves
- Proven track record in customer success within the EMEA region handling diverse SMB and Enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing a book of business through the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention and upselling.
- Demonstrated ability to create or contribute to scalable customer success processes.
- Strong emotional intelligence, exceptional problem-solving skills, proactive entrepreneurial mindset, and effective stakeholder relationship management across all levels.
- Ability to listen, comprehend, and address customer needs with empathy.
Nice-To-Haves
- Background in fintech, reg-tech, compliance, or an interest in cryptocurrency.
- Previous experience thriving in low-resource environments, adept at handling ambiguity, and contributing to building systems from the ground up.
