Our users can trade and store various popular crypto assets using CoinList.co, CoinList Pro (our full-service exchange), and our mobile apps. Additionally, they gain exclusive access to promising new tokens before they list on other exchanges. The CoinList Client Services team is the main point of contact for users of our products. Building and maintaining trust is essential to our business. As a Customer Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and providing clear and concise communication.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in customer support or operational roles within crypto-currency or fintech companies.
This role is fully remote and requires fluency in English. You must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

- You excel in communication. You will be the main point of contact between CoinList and our users, responsible for diagnosing issues and guiding users through our products.
- You are well-versed in social media communication. Using platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Telegram, you have experience assisting and educating users about digital products.
What you will do:
- Educate and support our users, helping them understand how to navigate our products and answering their inquiries.
- Manage urgency and timelines to ensure we meet service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously enhance the overall user experience.
- Identify and diagnose bugs, and provide meaningful product feedback to our engineering teams in order to improve our platform.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects to help scale our customer support capacity, such as keeping our FAQ section up-to-date.
