Customer Support Engineer - RWD
How you will contribute
In the role of a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, inquiries, and concerns related to HealthVerity's products, with a focus on Real-World Data (RWD). Your main duty will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and effective solutions to problems. Customer Support Engineers must have a comprehensive understanding of the products they support, enabling them to troubleshoot issues, offer guidance on usage, and provide customized solutions to meet customer needs. You will be tasked with analyzing customer issues and guiding the initial support process through innovative problem-solving techniques to facilitate timely resolutions. Your role will be crucial in nurturing strong customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact and support for HealthVerity's customers.
- Manage customer-specific production projects.
- Collaborate with different groups within the organization to understand client requirements.
- Develop a deep knowledge of HealthVerity's healthcare data offerings.
- Conduct initial triage for common RWD queries, involving contract review, data validation, internal investigation, and external query assessment.
- Address and/or initiate solutions for customer concerns.
- Create and manage a repository of data-related issues, including triage steps and resolution strategies.
- Produce documentation for clients, highlighting common data queries and resolutions.
Metrics for Success
- Response time assessment.
- Resolution time for customer requests.
- Rate of first-time-right resolutions.
- Scores for customer engagement and retention.
- Involvement and clarity in cross-functional team interactions and issue escalation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the data industry, preferably in significant data environments.
- Proficiency in programming with large datasets, including SQL.
- Ability to gather requirements, test strategies, and design solutions.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience working in collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python.
Salary: Salary range based on experience, between $75,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus potential.
