Role Overview
As a Customer Support Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional 7/5 customer experiences. You should possess a strong customer-centric mindset and be adept at streamlining processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of customer support reps, focusing on team growth and streamlined processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive cross-team processes.
- Track and mentor team members on metrics to achieve team goals.
- Provide individualized growth opportunities and support for team members.
- Ensure a superior 7/5 customer experience.
- Gather feedback from the team to enhance operational efficiency and identify customer pain points.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year managing a customer support team.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Interest and curiosity in the cryptocurrency space.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on logical reasoning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Proven self-starter with problem-solving skills.
