Description
The Customer Support Services rep will support the day-to-day activities of the Facilities Ops admin functions.
- Supports day to day activities of the admin team; acts as a back up for the mail room
- Respond to inquiries and triage calls to appropriate respondents
- Ensure all administrative tasks including but not limited to are completed and processed within pre-determined timelines:
- Works with Management to maintain integrity of asset data
- Perform other duties as required by management
Here¿s What You¿ll Need:
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Experience working in a hospital environment preferred
- Proficient is using Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Experience working with various software solutions such as Peoplesoft, Sharepoint
- A commitment to understanding and aiding in the pursuit of equity, diversity & inclusion
