DESCRIPTION:
The Data Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Foundry, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, one of the most active investors in the blockchain industry. - Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with a preference for Python.
- Profound understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and advanced data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing.
- Strong experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and containerization technologies, with a preference for Docker.

Knowledge of liquidity pool management and tokenomics.
Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience supporting emerging blockchain projects.
Understanding of treasury management.
Experience with algorithmic trading or market-making tools.
Knowledge of cross-chain liquidity strategies.
Familiarity with Web3 analytics platforms.
