Data Privacy Analyst, Bulgaria

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and provide timely and compliant responses.
• Address Requests for Information (RFIs) from law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Process other privacy-related requests and tickets within the privacy team's operations.
• Support Data Privacy Managers and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in daily tasks.
• Assist in creating privacy-related documentation, such as internal procedures and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to explore and implement basic automation for privacy processes.
• Learn and contribute to AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in handling DSRs, RFIs, and privacy workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Experience or interest in managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and RFIs.
• Basic knowledge of the EU Privacy Regulatory framework, including GDPR.
• Enthusiasm for optimizing processes and automating privacy operations.
• A proactive and inquisitive mindset, eager to learn about new privacy technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach.
• Excellent communication skills in a diverse international setting.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

Additional Skills (Desirable):

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python).
• Interest in utilizing AI-driven solutions for privacy tasks.
• Exposure to privacy compliance platforms (e.g., OneTrust, DataGuidance).
• Any relevant privacy certification or training (CIPP/E, CIPT, or similar).
• Basic understanding of privacy frameworks outside the EU (USA, Brazil, Canada, Australia).

Note: The company offers practical internal training and reimbursements for passing an IAPP exam under certain conditions. Applicants with judicial capacity in Bulgaria may gain legal experience per the Bulgarian Bar Act.
