We are seeking a dedicated Demand Generation Lead to support ChainSafe's growth journey. This individual should be proactive, innovative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Demand Generation:
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement growth marketing strategies
- Oversee the distribution of marketing content and initiatives
- Coordinate with the product team to align timelines and marketing efforts
- Partner with ecosystem collaborators on co-marketing campaigns
- Lead key marketing projects, including product marketing and online initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Bridge marketing, product development, and business development teams for effective lead generation
- Drive inbound lead acquisition, partner marketing, and growth marketing strategies
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing events and content across various platforms like Twitter and Medium
Analytics and Performance Optimization:
- Monitor channel performance to optimize lead generation
- Prepare monthly reports on distribution channel efficacy
- Track campaign performance and enhance conversion rates
- Grow social media followings on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and YouTube
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in web3
- Background in launching and scaling new products
- Experience in startup environments
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Proficient in tracking campaign performance and optimizing conversion rates
- Skilled in Hubspot for creating email campaigns and workflows
- Strong communication skills for managing partner relationships
