Role Overview
Titan is seeking a Design Director to play an essential role in shaping and maintaining the visual brand identity across all touchpoints. In this key position, you will lead the design efforts during the company's growth phase, focusing on building a unique and iconic brand that diverges from traditional wealth products. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and creative direction for design initiatives at Titan while actively partaking in the execution of various design projects
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop visually compelling design systems and campaigns across diverse channels
- Define and assess key metrics, understanding how they impact design decisions
- Communicate design outcomes effectively to provide actionable insights for the business
- Uphold consistency and excellence in design work across all platforms
- Champion design thinking, solutions, and consistency within the brand design systems
- Motivate and foster a top-tier design team, nurturing a culture of creativity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, including at least 2 years as a Senior Brand Designer
- Possess 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Proven track record in developing strong consumer brands across multiple mediums
- Strong eye for exceptional design and attention to brand aesthetics
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the realm of design
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient user of Titan app with a keen interest in its developments

Compensation
The estimated annual compensation range for this position at Titan is $150,000 - $220,000, including company stock options and a comprehensive benefits package. The final compensation amount will be determined by Titan based on various factors aligning with the organization's standards and policies.
