DevOps Engineer (Exchange /Trading Platforms)

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various ventures projects that align with our core businesses, executed efficiently with a lean team. You will play a crucial role in crafting scalable applications by contributing to the design of different components, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

As a Devops Engineer, you will tackle a multitude of technically challenging problems, taking charge of overseeing the design and coding for features. This role involves close collaboration across various functions within the organization, ensuring your involvement in all stages of product development, from conceptualizing innovative product ideas to final adjustments before product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support on a daily basis
• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
• Automate and optimize operations and processes
• Contribute to system architecture design
• Communicate, escalate, and follow up to resolve issues effectively
• Enhance system and security monitoring across our trading platform
• Collaborate closely with senior system engineers to influence decision-making and implementation efforts

Requirements:

• Solid expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Experience in constructing CICD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications
• Proficiency in monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Familiarity with logging systems like Fluentbit, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, etc.
• Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchange (a plus)
• Knowledge of Linux and Network Concepts
• Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD (a plus)
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS
• Proficiency in coding, expected to develop maintainable code
• Strong interest in working within technology and/or financial sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
