We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in the capacity of Digital Asset Team member. This role plays a vital part in our crypto organization by overseeing the daily operations of digital assets to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance in the ever-evolving crypto landscape. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and proficiency in navigating various crypto platforms and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Digital Asset Operations: Manage activities related to digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other digital assets. Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of all transactions, exchanges, and transfers.

  • Implement Security and Risk Management Measures: Establish robust security protocols to safeguard digital assets from potential threats like hacks and unauthorized access. Stay informed about the latest security practices in the crypto industry to mitigate risks effectively.

  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Stay abreast of crypto regulations and compliance obligations across different jurisdictions. Implement procedures and documentation to ensure digital asset operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate on Blockchain Network Maintenance: Work closely with the technical team to maintain the efficient operation of blockchain networks supporting digital assets. Address technical issues, monitor network performance, and propose enhancements for optimization.

  • Track and Report Digital Assets: Maintain accurate records of digital assets, including ownership details and transaction history. Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors to provide transparency and accountability.

  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline digital asset operations, enhance automation, and propose innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

  • Stay Informed and Share Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the crypto industry. Conduct research on emerging digital assets, platforms, and technologies and share insights and recommendations with the team.

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency management are advantageous.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital asset operations, particularly within the crypto industry.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency exchanges.

  • Familiarity with crypto wallets, custody solutions, and secure key management.

  • Proficiency in crypto regulations, compliance requirements, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, and trading platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively.

  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving landscape of the crypto industry.
