Digital Content Designer

Responsibilities:
- Develop visually stunning digital content, including graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with various teams within Growth, such as Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytics, to craft coherent creatives that support digital paid media channels effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content continually.
- Optimize content for diverse digital platforms to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative inputs, and ensure that design solutions align with business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and upholding a meticulous level of attention to detail.
- Assist the team in creating conceptual visuals and content to meet project performance goals, utilizing AI tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital design, with a background in agencies being a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Content Designer, highlighted by a robust portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- Strong performance-driven mindset with experience in performance ads.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Sound understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Exposure to or knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
- Keen on staying current with design trends and enthusiastic about innovation in the digital sphere.
- Knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT fields is advantageous.
