We are in search of a seasoned and imaginative Digital Designer to join the Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. The selected candidate will be pivotal in crafting engaging and visually appealing digital creative content across multiple platforms. The ideal applicant should possess a sharp eye for design aesthetics, remain updated on digital trends, and excel in transforming concepts into captivating visuals. This role entails proficiency in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling seamless collaboration from any location.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually striking digital content such as graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets that adhere to brand guidelines and captivate target audiences
- Produce compelling visuals and content utilizing AI Tools
- Develop simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enrich digital creatives for paid media and social platforms
- Collaborate closely with the Growth team to create coherent and impactful creatives that bolster digital paid media channels
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to elevate the quality and innovation of digital content continually
- Optimize content for diverse digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually pleasing user experience
- Engage with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative input, and guarantee design solutions align with business objectives
- Handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Support the team in conceiving concepts that align with project performance goals
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital design, with a background in design or agency work
- Demonstrated expertise as a Digital Content Designer, showcasing a varied portfolio of digital design projects
- Possess a results-oriented mindset with experience in performance ads
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools
- Proficient in After Effects for creating basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics
- Familiarity with Figma
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Experience in creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
- Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is desirable
- Familiarity with AI Tools
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for digital innovation
- Knowledge of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous
