Digital Designer

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Digital Designer to join our Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. As a Digital Designer, you will have a vital role in creating attractive and engaging digital content across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for design aesthetics, be updated with digital trends, and excel in transforming concepts into compelling visual representations. This role requires proficiency in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work for efficient collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually stunning digital content, including graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets, aligning with brand standards and resonating with the target audience.
• Produce compelling visuals and content utilizing AI Tools.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enrich digital creatives on paid media and social platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team, such as Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to craft cohesive and effective creatives supporting digital performance media channels.
• Keep updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance digital content quality and innovation continuously.
• Optimize content for various digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Understand project requirements by working closely with stakeholders, provide creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Support the team in generating concepts that meet project performance goals.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital design or agency background.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Digital Content Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of digital design projects.
• Performance-driven mindset and experience with performance ads.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Hands-on skills in After Effects for creating animations and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Sound understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in creating content for different digital channels and social media platforms.
• Preferred knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics and AI Tools.
• Passion for innovation in the digital space and up-to-date with design trends.
• Knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
