Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Digital Designer to join the Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will take on a key position in crafting visually engaging digital creative content for diverse platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and excel in transforming concepts into captivating visuals. This role entails expertise in AI tools and offers the convenience of remote work to facilitate efficient collaboration from any location.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing digital content, encompassing graphics, images, videos, and simple motion assets, in line with brand guidelines and tailored to target audiences.
- Create persuasive visual and content using AI Tools.
- Generate basic motion graphics and animations with After Effects to enrich digital creatives on paid media and social channels.
- Collaborate closely with various teams within Growth, including Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, Data Analytics, to produce coherent and successful creatives supporting digital paid media channels.
- Stay abreast of design tools, emerging technologies, and industry trends to uphold and enhance the quality and innovation of digital content continuously.
- Customize content optimally for diverse digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user interface.
- Engage with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, contribute creative insights, and ensure design solutions meet business goals effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the team in brainstorming and implementing concepts to achieve project performance objectives.
Requirements
- Education in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency background.
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Content Designer with a robust portfolio reflecting a broad spectrum of digital design projects.
- Possess a performance-oriented approach and familiarity with performance ads.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Proficient in creating basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics with After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in developing content for varied digital channels, social media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous.
- Familiarity or experience with AI tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a fervor for innovation in the digital realm.
- Understanding of the fintech, crypto, and NFT space is beneficial.
