Director, Ecosystem Fund Programs

We are looking for an experienced Director with a strong background in venture capital to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and co-founders to identify and evaluate investment opportunities in companies and protocols.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Collaborate with company executives to identify and support early-stage opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and crypto markets.
- Assist in structuring financing rounds in collaboration with the CEO and co-founder.
- Manage due diligence activities and oversee the investment process for our fund.
- Help build and scale a high-performing investing team.
- Attend relevant meetings and conferences as required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crypto or early-stage venture capital firms.
- Strong understanding of venture capital and crypto deal terms.
- Deep knowledge of crypto and blockchain technologies and a strong network in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform venture capital valuation and market analysis.
- Curiosity and passion for crypto and decentralized systems.
