Director, Product Delivery

Overview

The Project Management and Delivery team is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of high-quality product offerings across all platforms. Collaborating with various stakeholders, they address obstacles, manage timelines, and enhance workflows and tools to drive release efficiency for all product launches.

As a senior member of the Product Delivery team, you will closely collaborate with colleagues in Delivery, Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to revolutionize users' experience in transacting with cryptocurrencies. The Delivery team plays a vital role in aligning stakeholders and ensuring the timely completion of projects. Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Product Officer in developing and communicating strategic roadmaps to support the organization's innovative, product-centric approach.
• Lead complex, large-scale cross-team technology initiatives.
• Define clear requirements for new product launches and feature upgrades.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to specify requirements, estimate efforts, establish milestones, and manage resources.
• Oversee projects from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery.
• Support transitioning launched projects into sustainable operational processes.
• Track progress, mitigate dependencies, assess risks, and communicate project status effectively.
• Establish and monitor metrics to track initiative goals and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing for high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature releases to maintain a balance between technical and business priorities.
• Maintain documentation for various stakeholders, including production support playbooks and API documentation.
• Manage deployment workflows and enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project or program management within a software development environment.
• Experience as a software consultant is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto/web3/innovation space, including exposure to crypto projects, token development, and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different business units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to align diverse groups towards common objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with mentoring abilities valued.
• Decisiveness and resourcefulness in driving outcomes under pressure.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and strong Excel skills.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP.
