Overview
The Project Management and Delivery team is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of high-quality product offerings across all platforms. Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Product Officer in developing and communicating strategic roadmaps to support the organization's innovative, product-centric approach.
- Lead complex, large-scale cross-team technology initiatives.
- Define clear requirements for new product launches and feature upgrades.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to specify requirements, estimate efforts, establish milestones, and manage resources.
- Oversee projects from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery.
- Support transitioning launched projects into sustainable operational processes.
- Track progress, mitigate dependencies, assess risks, and communicate project status effectively.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project or program management within a software development environment.

- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different business units.
