Responsibilities:
We seek an adept Product Marketing leader to spearhead strategic initiatives, customer-centric practices, and positioning efforts for new and existing products at Circle. You will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams spanning revenue, product management, demand generation, and more. Your pivotal role involves shaping our product roadmap, leveraging competitive insights, product positioning, and orchestrating impactful launches that propel our business growth.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and mentor a diverse global team of product marketers delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate across team functions to oversee global product launches, from concept to execution.
- derive data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

- Spearhead competitive analysis to fortify Circle’s market positioning against competitors and steer strategic decisions.

Requirements:
- Over 10 years of work experience; preference for B2B background.
- More than 5 years leading a product marketing team in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record in driving rapid growth of innovative technologies.
- Proficient in engaging in technical conversations and experience in Payments, Fintech, or Blockchain sectors.
- Skilled in coaching, developing, and leading a diverse team to achieve objectives.
- Effective influencer with strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and excelling amid ambiguity.
- Crypto enthusiast with continuous learning mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and preferred proficiency in Macbook.

- Day-one PERM sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
- Competitive compensation with base pay range from $197,500 to $255,000.
- Potential annual bonus target of 20% in addition to equity and benefits offerings.
