Director, Sales

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Sales Processes and Ideal Customer Profiles across different market segments
- Mentor and enhance team capabilities utilizing established approaches and introducing new strategies
- Establish and manage key sales infrastructure to enhance pipeline development, closing rates, and revenue growth
- Lead the sales effort to expand the customer base, including account expansion
- Design and execute repeating sales strategies, processes, and tactics aligned with team and company objectives
- Recruit, train, and scale a proficient sales organization, including Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
- Monitor team goals, performance, and alignment with broader business strategies
- Implement clear OKRs and KPIs to assess activity, wins, and revenue targets
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of sales team leadership experience and growth strategy development
- At least 5 years of Sales Executive or Director of Sales experience in a growing B2B SaaS company
- Preferred background in selling to Global 2000, large banks, or crypto markets
- Proficient in managing and expanding global sales teams
- Proactive, driven, with a player-coach mentality
- Thrives in a learning-focused and experimental work environment
- Strategic thinker with a focus on solving problems systemically
- Capable of navigating ambiguous environments and independently driving tasks to completion
