Responsibilities
- Act as a representative for customers in the P2P market by resolving disputes professionally
- Conduct investigations on trading activities to maintain a secure marketplace and prevent fraud
- Establish processes and culture aimed at achieving business objectives related to customer service
- Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to suggest product enhancements to stakeholders
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer within the organization
- Offer feedback through 1:1 sessions, personal development plans, and coaching sessions
- Conduct continuous customer and complainant surveys for up-to-date insights on customer experience
- Share key learnings from complaints with the organization, partners, and contractors as necessary
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in IT for professional purposes and handling technical customer queries
- Excellent written communication skills and attentive listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous
- Availability to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
- Preferably a user of Binance P2P platform
