Responsibilities:
- Support the team in daily marketing, business development, growth, and product operations for Simple Earn and Binance Loans.
- Plan and organize campaign schedules to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with external partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), VIPs, local markets, and other channels for marketing purposes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations and successful implementation of growth plans.
- Evaluate marketing campaign and product growth performance through data analysis.
- Manage regional amplification, VIP Earn initiatives, protocol partnerships, and growth pipelines.
- Act as the primary contact person with ecosystem protocols and partners for growth initiatives and major partnership deals related to the Earn portfolio.
- Develop marketing and growth strategies regularly to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) and Loan volume for Simple Earn and Binance Loans.
- Assist in resolving issues related to Simple Earn and Binance Loans by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support growth initiatives by analyzing local market dynamics, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities to strengthen regional presence and maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure flawless execution and accountability across campaigns, growth initiatives, partnerships, and handovers while prioritizing execution discipline and fostering creativity.
Requirements:
- Strong background in DeFi/Crypto/Web3 with a proactive approach to researching industry insights.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations within crypto, DeFi, or related sectors.
- Deep knowledge and passion for crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products, platforms, and ecosystems, with familiarity in the DeFi and Binance ecosystem.
- Proven track record of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives globally and locally.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional large teams and managing partner relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability with an openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ownership mentality towards tasks and outcomes, emphasizing flawless execution and follow-through backed by consistent actions.
- Ability to work independently, think logically, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing market and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, capable of working across time zones, managing multiple projects, self-driven, and a quick learner.
