About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our exceptional infrastructure team. As part of the engineering team, you'll champion a culture rooted in inclusion, communication, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities and Scope:

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Develop a forward-thinking vision and roadmap for the infrastructure team.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure, providing expertise to the wider engineering team.

  • Implement and oversee infrastructure deployment on AWS and similar platforms.

  • Establish and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions focusing on security, performance, and cost-efficiency.

  • Team Management:

Skills Required:

  • Strong grasp of cloud computing, encompassing compute, storage, networking, and security elements.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

Location:
The role is based in New York City and entails a hybrid work model at our New York office from Monday to Wednesday.

Please note: The base salary range for this role in NYC per NYC Code Section 8-102 is $200,000-$240,000. Total compensation is determined on various factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, certifications, and the specific office location.
