Role Focus
In the role of TaxBit Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering the company's future commercial growth trajectory by establishing connections with potential enterprise clients and transforming them into satisfied customers.
We are seeking a proficient and seasoned sales professional with a successful history of selling to larger organizations. The ideal candidate should excel at sales, be adept at conducting both business-focused and technical discussions across different levels of organizations, including interactions with C-suite executives. Demonstrating capability in navigating competitive scenarios, you should possess enthusiasm for products combining in-depth knowledge and technical expertise. Proactive in generating sales opportunities and overseeing the sales process end-to-end, you will actively contribute to refining TaxBit's sales approach, shaping the value proposition, and generating essential tools and assets within a principal expansion region, namely Europe.
This position is suited for a results-driven seller willing to take on challenges, collaborate across various functions, and thrive in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Maintain responsibility for a defined account portfolio, cultivate leads, and formulate account strategies to secure and expand business among corporate clientele.
- Develop proactive outreach tactics to establish and nurture potential opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead to final closure for upper-middle market and enterprise customers.
- Identify key decision-makers within targeted accounts, ensure comprehensive solution design, and create avenues for future growth within connected business functions post-sale.
- Demonstrate a dedication to customer success during and post the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success and Implementation teams with a clearly outlined deployment blueprint.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience with a focus on selling technical SaaS offerings to large enterprises, preferably in the compliance sector.
- Significant interest in blockchain technology and digital assets, and a solid network within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Record of excellent performance, consistently exceeding sales quotas with enterprise accounts.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements, devise integrated solutions spanning multiple offerings, and engage with various segments of complex organizations.
- Proficient in delivering compelling presentations, facilitating discussions, and adept at in-person interactions with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven capability in leading intricate negotiations involving custom commercial agreements.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining high productivity, managing competing priorities, and performing effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in selling to financial institutions and/or digital asset exchanges.
- Background in accounting and/or tax compliance is highly preferred.

Compensation Overview
The compensation package for this position includes a base salary range of $94,000 to $184,000. Certain roles may entail additional incentives such as equity participation and benefits, with the final compensation influenced by factors like location, experience, role level, and qualifications.
