The role available is within the Global Communications team, responsible for establishing and communicating Ledger's brand image and strategy globally. Reporting directly to the VP Communications, this position requires global and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in formulating the marketing strategy for Ledger Enterprise, focusing on lead generation, winning high-value institutional adoption, and developing thought leadership globally. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams at Ledger, as well as external partners, to assist in achieving Ledger Enterprise's business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the VP Communications and VP Revenue for Enterprise in positioning Ledger Enterprise as the most secure institutional platform for critical digital assets and Web3.
- Develop the marketing strategy for Enterprise business, focusing on lead generation, high-value institutional adoption, and thought leadership worldwide.
- Establish and lead a high-performing team that encourages collaborative efforts across departments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets domain to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to carry out price testing, research competitive pricing, and provide recommendations to enhance product positioning and revenue.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, actively learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of institutional digital asset management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, specifically within crypto and digital assets consumer services.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for Enterprises in the crypto industry.
- Thorough understanding of the financial industry, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions.
- Proficient in analyzing data to derive actionable insights for driving marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets.
- Experience working in remote or distributed team setups is advantageous.
