Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategies and Implementation:
- Plan and oversee impactful events such as conferences, product launches, and networking sessions.
- Manage all event logistics from budgeting to vendor coordination and on-site execution.
- Develop effective event marketing strategies to enhance participation and engagement.
- Track event performance and compile post-event reports for actionable insights.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with our business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders.
- Create partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to activate and maximize partnership opportunities.
- Act as the primary contact with partners to design and execute collaborative events.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and front-office teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals.
- Assist in business development efforts by engaging partners and leveraging event platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, partnership development, or similar roles.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in vendor and partner management.
- Comfortable in client-facing environments.
- Experience with affluent or accredited-investor segments is advantageous.
