We seek a team member to support our events and programs team in executing event-centric marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our field marketing strategy, enhancing brand recognition, lead generation, and relationship-building within specific target markets on behalf of a trusted leader in institutional crypto. Duties include organizing field marketing efforts, coordinating conference involvement, managing event roadmaps, and supporting various marketing projects and initiatives. Additionally, contributions involve motivating team members and leadership to amplify Anchorage Digital’s standing in the ecosystem through effective communication.

Technical Skills:
- Support in planning and executing company events, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and providing on-site assistance.
- Assist in preparing pre-event briefings and post-event reports capturing attendee feedback and key insights.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Provide general administrative assistance to events and the broader marketing team.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
- Track and report on event marketing performance.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with event and lead data.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Align event planning and goal-setting with Anchorage Digital’s strategic objectives.
Communication and Influence:
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure field marketing efforts align with overarching business objectives.
- Aid in developing pre- and post-event communication strategies.
You might be a suitable candidate for this role if you possess:
- 1-2 years of marketing support experience, preferably with exposure to event coordination or field marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
While not mandatory, advantageous attributes include:
- Interest in cryptocurrency and digital assets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Appreciation for the soundtrack of Hamilton.
