Key Responsibilities:
Joining Circle as an Executive Business Partner entails providing comprehensive support to multiple C-Suite executives. This role involves managing calendars, offering administrative assistance, and overseeing ad hoc projects and event planning. Successful individuals excel in quick task execution, effective multitasking, and handling confidential matters with professionalism. Anticipating and addressing needs efficiently, demonstrating intuition, and facilitating a seamless workflow for busy executives are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing executive calendars efficiently, scheduling calls, events, and meetings
- Acting as a bridge between executives, teams, and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with the Administration team for meetings, support, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with projects, communication, and meeting materials
- Arranging complex travel logistics for individuals and groups, requiring proficiency in handling documentation like passports and visas

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years supporting C-Suite executives
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and critical thinking
- Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving deadlines and priorities
- Proficient in handling confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter, intuitive, and proactive in meeting others' needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various personalities
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and quick adaptability to new software/systems
Additional Details:
- The role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Compensation considerations are based on experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements
- Compensation package includes base pay range of $102,500 - $137,500, annual bonus target of 12.5%, equity, and various benefits
