Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Facility Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of two co-working centers. The role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for members in both spaces.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of two co-working facilities to optimize functionality.
- Collaborate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Manage space assignments and prepare facilities for events and meetings.
- Assist in financial management and budgeting related to facility operations.
- Address member inquiries promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility management or operations, ideally in co-working or office settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
