Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Facility Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of two co-working centers. The role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for members in both spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of two co-working facilities to optimize functionality.
  • Collaborate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
  • Manage space assignments and prepare facilities for events and meetings.
  • Assist in financial management and budgeting related to facility operations.
  • Address member inquiries promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility management or operations, ideally in co-working or office settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
