Description
We are looking to bring onboard our first full-time marketing team member whose primary focus will be on content marketing. You will collaborate directly with the founders to drive our content strategy.
The role involves working closely with the founders to craft engaging, data-backed content aimed at educating our target audience, establishing our authority within the industry, and generating interest in our services. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to create and distribute content in line with our sales funnel, marketing objectives, and overall company vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance existing content by identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop a detailed content roadmap in coordination with the founders to support the company's sales and marketing goals, with a focus on educating the audience about EOR services, token grant administration, and compliance issues.
- Create content that caters to all stages of the buyer's journey, from building awareness to facilitating the decision-making process.
- Position Toku as a thought leader in the EOR and token grant administration sectors, producing insightful articles, webinars, white papers, and case studies.
- Generate content addressing industry trends, regulatory shifts, and significant challenges related to token payroll, tax compliance, and token-based compensation models.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (in payroll, tax, legal) to craft authoritative and thought-provoking content.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop content that attracts qualified leads and drives prospects through the sales funnel.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance organic search visibility, with a focus on targeted keywords associated with EOR, payroll, token grants, and cryptocurrency-oriented firms.
- Create high-quality, compelling content spanning blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Design and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms.
- Monitor and provide reports on key content marketing metrics such as traffic, engagement levels, lead conversions, and SEO rankings.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience within SaaS or FinTech industries.
- Demonstrated success in B2B product launches and marketing.
- Strong competency in generating scalable marketing content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
