Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes for the Binance group.
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partnering team to understand business drivers and key assumptions.
- Take charge of group-level consolidation involving 10+ Business Units and 20+ Central functions, striving for process innovation and enhancement.
- Team up with central function teams to provide business insights, enhance cost efficiencies, and spot risks and opportunities.
- Present financial insights and conduct scenario analysis across different functions and business units.
- Recommend enhancements to processes and reporting, test tools to optimize business operations, and focus on continuous improvement and system development.
- Work with various teams such as accounting, Finance Business Partnering, regional finance, and Tech & Big Data teams to lead or support projects, especially in reporting automation, digitalization, and process enhancement.
- Fulfill any other tasks delegated by management as needed.
Requirements
- Possess at least 7 years of finance experience with a focus on FP&A or FBP, including hands-on involvement in forecasting, budgeting, and group-level consolidation.
- Must demonstrate proactive vision and practical action-taking abilities.
- Capable of leading projects and steering progress.
- History of effectively working with non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, quick learning aptitude, and solid grasp of key business drivers.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering precise, high-quality work.
- Resilient, adaptable, self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency, and adept at multitasking under pressure.
- Proficient in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides, including graphical data representations for executive audiences.
