Your Role
As a Financial Controller at our company, you will be primarily focused on analyzing data to drive decision-making processes with a specific emphasis on HR. Your responsibilities will involve setting ambitious yet achievable performance targets, monitoring our people budget, and recommending strategies for target improvements. Your contribution will be significant in defining KPIs, establishing comprehensive management reports, and managing people costs for the Bitpanda Group.
Key Responsibilities
HR Controlling:
- Monitoring and analyzing employee-related costs
- Developing and managing detailed workforce cost models
- Preparing and presenting reports on people cost metrics to senior management
Equity Plan Administration:
- Administering equity compensation programs, including stock options
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors for equity plan management
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Engaging with HR, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal teams for accurate reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis roles, such as FP&A, HR Controlling, with a preference for equity compensation knowledge
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/GSuite, financial planning software, equity management tools, and HRIS
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights
- Capability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
