Your Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our product and the cryptocurrency industry if you are not already knowledgeable
- Use our app extensively to better understand and relate to our users
- Provide exceptional customer service in English and either French or German (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus)
- Assist users through email or chat interactions
- Work in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, with flexibility to work from home during night shifts and other occasions
- Efficiently manage daily tasks, occasional projects, or tasks assigned to projects
- Be a strong team player as our community extends beyond just our users
- Communicate essential feedback to relevant teams
- Report bugs using the appropriate channels
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and effectively in English and French
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and French (fluency in other languages is advantageous)
- Experience working in a customer-centric and customer-facing environment
- Strong listening and reading skills to fully comprehend user needs
- Ability to find optimal solutions to address user concerns and questions
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Display tolerance, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to achieve win-win outcomes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Interest in financial technology (FinTech) and strong tech aptitude
- Proactive in improving processes and systems
- Capable of making informed decisions in unexpected situations
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the Blockchain ecosystem is advantageous
