The Front Desk / Customer Service Representative at a premium co-working space is the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience. This role mandates a professional attitude, customer-centric approach, and effective multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and receive guests upon their arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls by screening them and providing necessary information.
- Coordinate room reservations and uphold a clean, professional reception area.
- Support with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, setting up meeting rooms, and handling deliveries.
- Assist in addressing customer concerns to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service capacity is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to react resourcefully and proactively to challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in English is required.
