Requirements

  • Develop new software, tools, and automation for internal teams.
  • Enhance distributed and critical services iteratively.
  • Manage project priorities and deliver top-quality, tested code.
  • Participate in end-to-end web or mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Elixir, Node.js, Ruby preferred).
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue), Kotlin, Swift, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mentorship capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design and Functional Programming.
  • Experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), Distributed System Design, and Event-Driven Design.
  • Background in service/site reliability, application monitoring, observability tools, Blockchain/Web3 Development, Account Auditing, Compliance, KYC, and Customer Relations Management.
