Requirements

  • Develop new software, tooling, and automation for internal teams
  • Enhance distributed and mission-critical services
  • Manage project priorities ensuring delivery of tested, high-quality code
  • Full-cycle web or mobile application development
  • Proficient in at least one backend language (preferably Elixir, Node.js, or Ruby)
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue), Kotlin, or Swift
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development
  • General knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to mentor and teach others
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design and Functional Programming
  • Proficiency in DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Distributed System Design
  • Understanding of Event Driven Design, Service/site reliability, and Application monitoring
  • Familiarity with Blockchain/Web3 Development, Account Auditing, Compliance and KYC, and Customer Relations Management
