Global Affiliate Manager - LATAM

They aim to expand the financial ecosystem to enhance global access to finances.

We are in search of a dedicated individual to join the affiliate team, responsible for managing an expanding network of affiliates. This role involves collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to optimize their promotional activities. The candidate will liaise with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary assets and tools to attract users to Binance effectively. Ideal candidates should possess an analytical mindset, a background in marketing or public relations, and strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions. Excellence is expected to be delivered to outperform competitors in acquiring top affiliates due to Binance's vast network.

Applicants should be adept at using internal tools, collaborating with developers, analyzing data thoroughly, and enhancing systems for effective operations.

Candidates are required to analyze the current affiliate program, provide insights for its expansion, and complete a test challenge after the initial interview.

Responsibilities:

• Expand affiliate network through outreach and onboarding of influencers and media partners
• Manage key affiliate accounts, analyze performance, and suggest improvements
• Develop and execute ROI-focused promotional campaigns
• Create reports using internal data to enhance overall affiliate channel performance
• Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly
• Detect fraud and prevent any partner-related scams or manipulation

Requirements:

• Experience managing large fintech or cryptocurrency affiliate programs
• Business development background is beneficial
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with media, celebrities, influencers, or key partners
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for international coordination.
