Growth Creative Director
The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic creative leader responsible for defining the creative vision for performance campaigns from initial awareness to final conversion. The role involves integrating brand-level strategies, data-driven optimization techniques, and in-depth knowledge of various channels to create impactful creatives that can effectively scale on social and digital platforms. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling seamless collaboration from any location.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the complete creative strategy for growth and performance campaigns. Define creative territories, narratives, and testing roadmaps for the entire customer funnel, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the product, customer journeys, and brand positioning. Translate these insights into tailored creative strategies for each funnel stage and target audience segment.
Transform business and marketing objectives into clear creative briefs for various creative roles. Ensure all creatives align with growth key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate closely with performance marketing, growth, content strategy, and analytics teams. Utilize data to refine creative concepts, formats, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Establish and oversee a structured creative experimentation framework through A/B and multivariate testing. Continuously validate hypotheses on formats, offers, and visual approaches across different channels.
Enhance ideation, production speed, and scalable personalized content using AI and automation tools while ensuring a strong brand voice and visual identity.
Provide artistic direction and feedback to creative team members, promoting innovative thinking and performance-oriented strategies.
Lead the team in utilizing AI technologies effectively.
Drive channel-specific creative development for various platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display ads, CRM, landing pages). Implement best practices for each platform's formats and content types.
Champion the in-house design system, ensuring consistency across assets while allowing for modularity and rapid testing of performance creatives.
Conduct brainstorming sessions that lead to breakthrough ideas and maintain a balance between big brand approaches and performance-driven concepts.
Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, knowledge-sharing, and team spirit.
Requirements:
Possess 8-10+ years of experience in creative roles within digital/creative agencies or high-growth in-house teams, with a focus on performance-oriented environments.
Have a proven track record of creating creative content that drives measurable growth across social and digital platforms.
Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, experimentation methodologies, and key growth metrics.
Demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools for creative optimization and scaling production.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in mentoring creative teams.
Experience in building and sustaining a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
In-depth knowledge of social and digital platforms, ad formats, and creative best practices, especially for lower-funnel campaigns.
Excellent portfolio showcasing full-funnel campaign thinking, performance-driven creative, and high craft in various formats.
Knowledge of crypto and financial products is a plus for crafting relevant creatives.
A quick learner with a proactive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate creative ideas effectively across diverse stakeholders.
