Description
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and manage interactive dashboards within Tableau for recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs in various growth functions and leadership teams, facilitating real-time tracking of performance and insights.
- Write and enhance complex SQL queries using Databricks to drive business growth concerning user acquisition, campaign ROI, and customer lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with diverse teams like growth, product, data engineering, and external vendors to enhance data infrastructure, troubleshoot pipeline issues independently, and ensure the efficiency of data pipelines supporting business objectives.
- Streamline and automate recurring data workflows, oversee SQL automation and job scheduling, and maintain comprehensive documentation to enhance team efficiency and data reliability.
- Develop analytical models to guide marketing strategies, including predictive LTV, lead scoring, and marketing mix modeling, providing actionable insights for campaign planning and optimization.
- Employ statistical methods and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Cooperate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
- Stay proactive in professional development by exploring emerging AI tools and methodologies in data science and marketing analytics, continuously improving analytical skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a relevant field. Knowledge in the Crypto and Technology sectors is advantageous.
- Proficient in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau for handling, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.
- Experience with statistical software such as R, Python, and libraries for data management, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating significant information accurately and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in querying, producing reports, and presenting findings.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts like user acquisition, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SensorTower.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical and data requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
