Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to support regular and ad-hoc reporting for various growth functions and leadership teams, facilitating real-time performance tracking and insights.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries within Databricks to drive business growth in areas such as user acquisition, campaign ROI, and customer lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with teams across different functions to enhance data infrastructure, troubleshoot pipeline issues independently, and ensure the reliability and scalability of data pipelines that align with business objectives.
- Automate recurring data workflows and processes, manage SQL automation and job scheduling, and keep detailed documentation to promote team productivity and data accuracy.
- Develop analytical models for strategic marketing insights, like predictive LTV, lead scoring, and marketing mix modeling, to enhance campaign planning and optimization.
- Use statistical techniques and business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that guide strategic growth decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions, ensuring projects meet business objectives and timelines.
- Stay updated on AI tools and methodologies in data science and marketing analytics to continually improve analytical capabilities and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field; experience in Crypto and Technology industries is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau for processing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.
- Experience with statistical software like R, Python, and related libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy when handling significant amounts of information.
- Proficient in querying, report writing, and presenting data findings effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including user acquisition, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SensorTower.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights to non-technical audiences and bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adjust to changing priorities.
