Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of regional and local product campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaigns to serve user growth objectives.

• Manage and nurture strategic marketing partnerships, oversee channel experimentation, tailor audience messaging, and ensure financial accountability.

• Focus on enhancing the user experience by optimizing the user journey, improving user funnel conversion rates through product requests, user education initiatives, and operational campaigns.

• Employ a cycle of ideation, testing, iteration, and optimization to drive growth through paid acquisition strategies, retargeting efforts, and product enhancements across web and native-app growth channels.

• Plan and execute online and select offline marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns targeted at local audiences.

• Enhance the brand's visibility and grow the user base through engaging, creative, and educational strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a dynamic industry setting.

• Execution-driven mindset with a proactive, driven approach to problem-solving.

• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the areas of crypto, blockchain, and technology.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiatives.

• A university degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.

• Strong coordination skills coupled with a strategic marketing mindset.

• Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues, including social media, community management, and event planning.

• Proven track record in growing and managing user bases.
