Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and enhance paid campaigns on platforms like Google Search & Display, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
  • Customize creative and messaging to comply with regional regulations and app launch timelines.
  • Utilize data analysis to improve targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the user journey.
  • Integrate internal and external data sources to refine audience targeting and enhance campaign performance.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance with tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators like CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
  • Share actionable insights with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 1 year in mass-market tech services.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving user behaviors in mobile consumer tech.
  • Proficiency in developing compelling messaging across web and app stores.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale acquisition campaigns with substantial budgets.
  • Expertise in major ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and user lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data proficiency.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and analytical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or experience with community-led growth and Web3 technologies.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and innovative consumer products.
  • Background in mobile app growth, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Familiarity with app CRM, email marketing, and retention/lifecycle strategies.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $168,000 per year

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements
 
Prioritize volume with intent — not spam
Important:
You are not managing Higgsfield’s own YouTube or social channels.
Your job is growth through external creators and their audiences.
YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)
Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
Drive traffic and usage via creator-generated content
Measure success by output and impact, not vanity metrics
Primary KPI:
Number of new unique creator videos generated per month
Analytics & Decision-Making
Build simple but effective models in Excel / Google Sheets
Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue impact
Decide which creators, formats, and deals to scale or cut
Turn messy, incomplete data into clear execution decisions
Automation & Scale
Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
Learn quickly and iterate.
There is no separation between “creative” and “technical.” One person owns the full cycle.
Who We’re Looking For
