Growth Manager
We are in need of a Growth Marketing Manager proficient in mass-market tech services to oversee user acquisition and engagement for our consumer app. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the value proposition, identifying customer segments, and propelling growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of app monetization, user behavior, and competitive landscape specifically within productivity or interactive entertainment apps. Responsibilities include managing and refining paid acquisition campaigns on various platforms with a focus on performance, innovation, and scalability.
An adept marketer is sought after, capable of translating product insights into effective growth tactics in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Development, launching, and optimization of paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Responsibly manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve maximum ROI within specified CPA targets.
- Customize creative content and messaging based on regional regulations, app launch schedules, and user behaviors.
- Enhance targeting efficiency and conversion rates across the user journey by leveraging behavioral, geographic, and device data.
- Implement internal and third-party data sources to enhance audience targeting and campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Provide detailed reports on crucial KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Share actionable insights with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and compliance departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least one year in mass-market tech services, productivity, or entertainment apps.
- Profound understanding of the competitive landscape, product lifecycle, and evolving user behaviors in the mobile consumer tech sector.
- Ability to create compelling messaging and value propositions for web and app stores.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale acquisition campaigns with significant budgets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other major ad platforms.
- Knowledgeable in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and user lifecycle strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
- Previous experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and analytics teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or community-driven growth and Web3 technologies.
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovative consumer products.
- Experience in mobile app growth, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Knowledge of app CRM, email marketing, and retention/lifecycle strategies.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $168,000 per year
