Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategy to align with overall business objectives.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline campaigns.
Monitor and assess key metrics to evaluate the efficacy of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve set goals.
Lead user communication activities to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels, tailor communication strategies for specific user segments.
Manage the complete user lifecycle process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to drive user base growth.
Ensure regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, positioning marketing efforts to leverage regulatory opportunities effectively while remaining compliant.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate internal teams, external stakeholders, partners, and investors.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for crypto and digital assets.
Proficient in project management or similar organizational skills.
Fluency in an additional European language.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience at a crypto exchange.
Proficiency in engaging with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.
Exposure to global markets and a cross-cultural perspective.
