Growth Marketing Hacker: Exchange & Main App
Crypto.com is dedicated to accelerating the global transition to cryptocurrency. To support the growth of the Exchange and App (spot trading), we are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning aimed at driving worldwide user growth and engagement during our expansion.
This position requires a blend of product, data, and creative expertise, making it perfect for a strategic marketer comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility setting. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to create compelling narratives aligning feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights across different geographies and user segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to oversee the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) and main app (Mainstream) segments.
- Develop unique value propositions to set our platform apart in the global market.
- Define user personas and customized journeys for various user segments in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead in crafting creative positioning and brief submissions for localized growth campaigns.
- Engage with product managers to synchronize on roadmap priorities and incorporate customer feedback.
- Launch Execution
- Partner with the product team to strategize go-to-market plans for feature launches.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns spanning in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for user acquisition purposes.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven through collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Coordinate with local market teams and growth to tailor messaging for region-specific launches.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to spot opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback cycles, and surveys to enhance understanding of user pain points and improve UX/messaging.
- Incorporate insights back into product and growth strategies for informed decisions.
- Growth & Retention
- Develop lifecycle programs enhancing user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Devise promotions and incentive programs boosting engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize onboarding and reactivation processes.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) spanning funnel metrics, retention, and campaign effectiveness with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel for reporting, working closely with analytics and product teams for iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience preferred, with a background in crypto industry ideal.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products/platforms with sustainable growth in adoption and revenue.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Collaboration experience in fast-paced environments with a bias toward taking action.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with community-led growth in the crypto space is a bonus.
