Growth Partnerships Manager
The Growth Partnerships Manager will oversee the Australasia and South East Asia regions, with possible additional coverage within Asia pending regulations. As the primary driver of network expansion, this role involves managing affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the specified regions. Key responsibilities include spearheading partnership growth, launching strategic initiatives, and maximizing growth opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Global VP of Growth Partnerships, this individual contributor role allows autonomy in regional management, guided by the strategic growth plan. The incumbent will focus on enhancing KPIs through the development and implementation of growth strategies that align with regional and global partnership targets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized partnership initiatives to boost growth across various product sectors.
- Implement partnership strategies and cross-regional initiatives to offer partners broader opportunities.
- Manage partnerships hands-on by being the primary escalation point for region-specific partnership matters and maintaining relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to optimize content and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate partnership processes seamlessly into overall operations.
- Monitor partnership performance using various analytical tools, and provide stakeholders with actionable insights for continued improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and engage partners to ensure a competitive and innovative partnership strategy.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in partnership management or related fields.
- Track record of developing and growing marketing partnerships programs.
- Experience in sports betting, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in partnership management tools is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data analysis.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple stakeholder projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Malay or Korean is a plus.
