Responsibilities

• Cultivate and support X Layer's developer community, providing guidance and assistance to help projects thrive.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Developer Relations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Produce technical content, including tutorials and documentation, to equip developers with the necessary knowledge for success on the X Layer platform.
• Engage with builders at various events to inspire and support the creation of innovative onchain projects.
• Develop open-source tools that streamline the process of building applications on X Layer.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the developer experience on the platform.

Qualifications

• Solid background in computer science and hands-on experience with onchain applications and frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging and supporting onchain communities.
• Alignment with X Layer's mission and a passion for decentralized technologies.
• Proficiency in Go and Rust programming languages.
• Experience in startups or contributing to open-source projects is beneficial.
• Preferred previous experience in Developer Relations roles.
